Penny Lane, My Guitar

Miss Penny Lane.

She's a Taylor Guitar and has been on this journey with me for over 8 years now.

I picked her up at a music store in Perth where she'd been hiding on a back shelf for 9 years before anyone took her home. I seriously have no idea why - this is one incredible sounding acoustic guitar!

It was love at first sight - well, first play..

She can be challenging and moody sometimes (but I'm like that too so I don't hold it against her!) All big and old and comforting. And most importantly, plays like a dream - so she makes me look really good! Haha

Tips on Cliff Diving

Standing at the top of the world, looking down over endless seas...

The water washes in calmly... then washes out to reveal the rocks below...

When to make the dive?

The trick is jumping when the water leaves only rocks beneath you.

Diving headfirst into your fear and believing that the water will be there when you hit.

 Because it always will be. It's just the way it is.

Trust in the ebb and flow of the natural order of things.

Let the pattern of the universe guide your instincts.

It's all right there in front of you if you open your eyes and believe.

The MojoMade Capsule Collection!

Excitement.

The capsule collection that I've designed for Azuki is hitting stores across Australia right now!!

It's a 14-piece line including a couple of print tees that I designed up with sketches and graphic art (my faves!) I'll list all the local retailers that are stocking the collection as soon as I can but for now...

The full collection is available in my online store.

For a limited time from now until November 20th - all pieces from my collection will be available at http://mojomade.bigcartel.com

Following that a select number of garments will remain available... There is a limited number of what's available so it's probably a good idea to order whatever you like quickly to of course, save bitter disappointment hehe :)

Seminyak Alleys - Blogging from Bali

My favourite part of a trip to Bali is finding little gems like this gorgeous shell ring in some back alley shop. Halfway through my stay and we've moved to Seminyak and are staying right on 'Eat Street'. I can't even explain how good the food is. 

And $2 cocktails during happy hour that lasts 11am-7pm?
