Dip-Dye, Balayge and Ombre Hair Inspo...

It's that time of year when the sun is peaking out and the beach is calling... The festive season has kicked off and what are us girls thinking about? HAIR! Haha - Admit it...

I could seriously look at pictures of all day of the all this dip-dye hair, balayage and ombre artistry that's going on! I've been blonde for a REALLY long time and whilst I experiment with the rainbow dip-dye stuff from time to time I think I'm ready to jump on the balayage band wagon...

Lauren Conrad you're definitely out there on your own with the heavy dip-dye thing. Bold and intense - I'll give her extra credit for that but I have to admit... I don't really dig this look. OTT.
Drew Barrymore - No.
Rachel Bilson - You get my brunette vote. Seeing this makes me wanna go dark.

Yep, alright. I'm convinced.

Last Wednesday a bunch of sexy people braved the crap weather in Sydney and came out to the Art Lounge in Darlinghurst for a bit of music and fashion and a whole lotta drinks and food...

It was to celebrate the launch of my capsule collection designed for the label Azuki AND the fact that you get a FREE download of my new single Devil's In The Detail with each Azuki/MojoMade purchase - woohoo! Thanks to Skyy Vodka we were all a little tipsy and to the amazing peeps at The Art Lounge who kept the food flowing ALL night. Love it.

Been in the studio today writing some new tunes...
Playing with a moody-on-the-high-seas / dirty rhodes piano / red-wine-NOT-whiskey kinda tune...
I usually write Whiskey or Gin kinda songs. Not this time... 
We're sailing in uncharted territory.

Found the most incredibly unique cocktail during our night @ Potato Head...
The Cockatoo. Anyone know what I'm talking about??? Seriously GO THERE AND HAVE ONE.
Mind = Blown.

I've still got a bunch of pics from my trip to Bali... They'll come in sporadic little blog punches to keep you dreaming about summer holidays. At least that's what it's doing for me.

No, no SERIOUSLY.
Why the hell are these NOT in my wardrobe?? WHAT could I possibly have been doing that these babies aren't on my ass yet?!

My love for short shorts just tipped a little overboard after I saw this from Tight Tigers. And unfortunately my obsession for clothing that looks like a dancing costume (from my years of tap dancing and acrobatics) hasn't made it any easier to ignore.

And the worst bit? They've got capes and jackets and dresses. It's disgusting. 
Hideously disgustingly addictive.

Now... I'm gonna give you the link to see the rest of what they've got to offer but I'll warn you... You may not come out the other side without this contagious addiction.
So I'll apologise in advance for your upcoming spend spree.

Sticky Days in Sydney

Hectic Days




It's been a hectic few days! 
Wow that's a weird word if you say it over and over... Try it. 
Hectic. Hectic. Hectic.

Lots of walking the streets of Sydney scouting great walls and fences to photograph... Soaking up the sun, photos, sketching, making music and now I'm at the showing of my very first collection! 
Nice to just chill out for a bit and chat with all the lovely girls in the biz from around Sydney... Pics and a blog-post coming soon!

So many exciting things coming together... This hard work seems to be paying off.
But I think it's too late - I seem to already be addicted.
